• Initiate regular internal audits to review and maintain ISO safety standards and work with external coordinators on external audits.
• Ensure conformances to company’s safety management systems, report and take preventive and corrective measures.
• Develop an efficient and effective HSE systems and process and set performance targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of all HSE activities and submit performance report to Senior Management on a monthly basis.
• Facilitate training and share best practices within the organization to maintain consistent and high quality standards.
• Conduct checks on sub-contractors and suppliers and evaluate on their quality systems and standards.
• Assist in handling of insurance claims and coordinate with insurers.
• Liaise with Owners Representatives on HSE related matters and convey the Owner Representative’s requirements for necessary deliberations and actions.
• Ensure and attend the formal review meetings held on schedule.
• Train Project members for HSE related matters required by EPCIC contracts.
• Carry out directives of organisation’s Management Representative/ Top Management to induct and monitor all the relevant disciplines of the company to assure their readiness and participation in the required Project HSE activities.
• Perform regular vessel visits to instill a strong safety performance culture (Zero LTA) and ensure compliance with all HSE regulatory requirements.

Requirement

• Min Degree in Engineering with certification in NEBOSH.
• Min 8 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in Managerial role in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Marine Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with the client and internal staff to ensure that the project is completed according to contract requirementCarry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work
  Conduct technica meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
  Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients
  Monitors the quality and progress of the disciplines on each project, ensuring that those production requirements are satisfied.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by BOA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant project/site experience
• Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in MRT/LTA project.

1. Human Resources Assistance

· Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.

· Reduce food, beverage and stocks wastage in the outlet.

· Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float.

· Monitor handling of dining vouchers, discount, cash, petty cash and tips in the outlet. Adhere to company’s cash handling policy and guidelines.

· Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet.

· Verify & process daily and monthly roster for accurate payroll execution.

4. Administration Assistance

· Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.

· Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet.

· Prepare the daily sales report.

· Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed.

5. Promotion Assistance

· Motivate, guide and train the staff in upselling the food and beverage items.

· Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required. Resolving this at store level though service recovery.

· Ensure that all staff are properly informed daily via ‘roll call’.
