· Involve in the formulation, review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives i.e. Annual Salary Review, Bonus Cycle and Insurance Program

· Conduct job evaluation, competitive benchmarking analysis against industry trends and recommend refinements to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and internal equity

· Provide statistical reports and analysis to support recommendations or refinements to established guidelines

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform front end engineering design (FEED) and basic design for Civil & Structural Engineering for utility power and water, petrochemical industries and utility scale renewable projects. Experience in subsea piping, Ammonia piping, CO2 Piping and hydrogen piping would be beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. Working closely with the Sales team and global technical resources, the selected candidate will support the development and growth of Semiconductor industry products in the region, focused on Southeast Asia.
