Responsibilities:

• Report to Service/Commissioning Manager
• Coordinate field service activities with the aim of running these according to customer requests and project requirements. Assist service/commissioning manager to improve efficiency and achieve departmental goal.
• Provides input to aftersales with regard to service budgets and scheduling required for quotations
• Maintains contacts with internal and external clients and engineers about the nature of a problem or work
• Responsible of work plans, availability of technical documentation, necessary manpower, materials and tools and/or resources for the work to be performed Initiates and agrees to purchase and make orders for (spare) parts, materials, goods and services necessary for service order execution
• Communicate directly with customer/project team about planning of activities once the job is confirmed and passed to service department
• Coordinating the required manpower, materials, tools and resources for the execution of service activities.
• Responsible for all the information documentation concerned the project (internal and external).
• Handling of the administrative completion and billing of work

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Engineering
• Good planning and organising skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• **Must have relevant experience in Marine/Oil & Gas industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Job Scope:

• Achieve both the sales and qualitative objectives set for stores
• Build, motivate and manage the team, define and build the necessary structure
• Establish plans and allocate the daily tasks to team members
• Manage, train and motivate the team
