1st shift: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm; Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
2nd shift: Mon to Fri (1pm to 10pm; Sat: 1pm to 5pm)

Job Scope:

• Prepare essential documentation including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
• Perform cargo labeling tasks
• Record cost and revenue data within the Kewill system
• Establish connections for customer EDI integration, if needed, in the Kewill system
• Provide customers with flight information and Proof of Delivery (POD) for Door-to-Door shipments
• Send pre-alert emails to destination stations as necessary
• Post pre-alerts from the Kewill system to respective destination stations
• Coordinate with destination stations to secure POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Update mandatory milestones within the Kewill track and trace system
• Occasionally, assist with the lifting and shifting of cartons for cargo labeling
• Inspect physical cargo to determine if any repacking is necessary
• Occasionally, travel to customer locations or alternate work sites
• Follow up with carriers and co-loaders for potential off-loading situations

Role Summary:

The Regional Manager, Supply Chain will lead a team working in a dynamic environment, foster and instill responsiveness, with a can do attitude to drive results. This role leads the FCD S&S regional supply chain team to deliver regional-operational objectives and provide outstanding supply chain service levels on lead time (responsiveness), quality and delivery while achieving lowest total cost of acquisition for standard direct material, indirect goods and services, and logistics. As part of the management team, the Regional Manager will represent strategies and objectives of Global Supply Chain team (GSC) as applicable to the QRC’s. • Develop, track and improve site supply chain KPIs
• Manage supplier performance (on-time delivery and quality) for region specific suppliers/deliveries.
• Support supply chain initiative roll-outs across the enterprise or ad-hoc requests as
  requested that align with S&S QRC goals

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience leading a regional supply chain team
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment around service & repair.
• Select, train, motivate and manage personnel
• Can do attitude and proven ability to drive results
• Proven working experience with SAP / Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and best practices.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress

• Pursuit of Professional Accreditation (APICS, PMA, ASQ, CSCP, etc.)
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Formulates project objectives through a comprehensive examination of tender requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• To lead a team in providing academic administration and service delivery in the School. Oversees and implement academic planning and services, career and internship, as well as student affairs in general. The remit of this role includes undergraduate education, postgraduate education and Continuing Education and Training (CET).
