Responsibilities:

• Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social media and offline channels.
• Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with the in-house Creative team to drive impactful results across all social channels.
• Industry Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.
• Talent Identification: Identify talent partners based on company initiatives and project needs, taking a strategic, data-driven approach to include nano, micro, macro influencers, and content creators.
• Community Expansion: Expand and nurture the existing influencer community, strengthening relationships through day-to-day communication via email, phone, text, etc.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and create new talent relationships through mailings, gifting, and outreach, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Performance Targets: Exceed targets in revenue, engagement, messaging, and follower growth by collaborating with social, communications, and editorial teams.
• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing forecasts, budgets, and optimizations based on business needs.
• KPI Measurement: Measure the success of social media activations through KPIs and forecasting.
• Influencer Calendar: Develop and manage an Influencer calendar to leverage across all social channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on pop culture, social media, influencer trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.

Additional Information:

• 5+ years of related experience, preferably within Influencer Marketing, social media in the fashion industry.
• An ideal candidates will have a personal rolodex of influencer and celebrity talent relationships with and an eye for new upcoming talent.
• Expert in leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and understands digital marketing trends.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and dealing with ambiguity.
• PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
• Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Engineering
• At least 2 years working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry

• Organize and manage regular reports from assigned vessels, ensuring they are systematically filed.
• Review and follow up on routine reports from the vessels.
• Perform data analysis on costs, Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the vessel's operational health from a ship management perspective.
• Ensure accurate and structured data input into the ship management system (GL system) by the crew onboard.
• Develop a dynamic work plan and action list in coordination with the vessel's command to maintain the vessel in line with the owner's policy and track its progress.
• Visit vessels as needed, reporting on their overall condition, repairs, maintenance, crew performance, safety, environmental protection, and any necessary actions. Discuss with the ship's command the work plan, operating costs, spares, stores, and other concerns, providing a report on these discussions.
• Prepare technical specifications for dockings and pre-purchase inspections in the Asia region.
• Assist with technical assessments for new vessel acquisitions.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role on Bulk Carriers.
• Prior experience as a Chief or Second Engineer with relevant sailing experience, preferably on Bulk Carriers. Alternatively, sailing experience on Bulk Carriers is essential.
• Experience in dry docking and technical management is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
