Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in web and mobile application development, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare or hospital environments.
• Strong background in Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and associated frameworks such as Spring Boot, Struts2, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in mobile development, particularly Android (Java, Kotlin), and experience with iOS development.
• Proven expertise in ITIL service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, LDAP, and various database systems like DB2 and SQLite.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience in managing sprints and project timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with healthcare professionals to develop user-centric solutions.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
