• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 3 to 5 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience
• Prior working experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial
• Current CA/CMA/CPA membership or equivalent would be an added advantage

Department & Job Responsibilities:

1. Apron (Baggage)
   Supervise baggage operations to ensure timely dispatch to aircraft according to airline requirements and aviation authority guidelines.
2. Apron (Load Control)
   You will manage the Weight & Balance tasks for departing flights at the airport. Your main job is to ensure that the aircraft’s weight is within safe limits and properly balanced. You’ll also prepare the Loadsheet and related documents, following IATA regulations. This includes doing pre-load calculations, planning the load distribution, giving loading instructions on time, and providing the Loadsheet to pilots before takeoff.
3. Apron (Ramp)
   Ground operations standards are essential for ensuring the efficient and safe arrival and departure of aircraft. In this role, you will supervise flight handling and manage ramp operations to ensure smooth and seamless aircraft handling.
4. Apron (Maintenance Center)
   Plan, schedule, and oversee workshop maintenance for GSE and/or vehicles to meet production targets. Manage in-house teams and/or outsourced contractors, including shift supervisors and shift planning.
5. Passenger Services (CSO)
   Lead a small team in daily operations, ensuring a positive passenger experience through key decision-making. Guide and mentor staff while maintaining high service and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operating procedures. Assist the Duty Manager with staff deployment based on agreed service standards.

Salary & Remuneration:

• Basic salary from $2,500+
