Qualifications:

• My client is currently going through an important technology transformation journey involving the implementation of Salesforce, and is hiring a Project Manager / Analyst. You will be participating in this Business Transformation Project in ensuring that regional objectives are met during the Salesforce implementation.

Job Description

• Establish credibility as trusted advisor by listening, understanding business requirements and providing options for consideration.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with regional business stakeholders, asking probing questions that get to the real business needs (asking "why" and not just taking requirements at face value), encourage open communication between all parties and build cooperation amongst the various business teams.
• Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading edge technology and process improvement ideas to challenge status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions.
• Understand and document regional nuances of both current and future state processes.
• Act as key point of contact with global stakeholders in charge of Salesforce program coordination and execution.
• Contribute to defining regional roadmap for Salesforce program rollout.
• Provide advice on Salesforce best practices.
• Support data readiness in preparation for system rollout, including preparation of data to be migrated in the new system.
• Support change management and training needs for future state processes.
