• Oversight of physical plant to ensure studio is in working order.

The Administrative Manager will develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Specific Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong portfolio of software systems, applications designed and developed of project delivery is preferred

Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager, Crisis Planning and Operational Resilience

The incumbent will play an integral role in designing hospital infrastructure for the various types of Crisis (e.g. Civil Emergency, disease outbreak, mass casualty incidents) and management of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the hospital. In addition, the candidate will develop strategies and formulate policies and training programs to support the hospitals emergency preparedness across all departments within the institutions. Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and contractors to ensure necessary infrastructure provision and installations are made to support various emergency scenarios.
• Implement and maintain global centralized information repository on emergency response infrastructure, operation manuals, and response plans,
• Plan, review and coordinate emergency responses and crisis management activities to ensure operational response readiness for civil emergency, disease outbreaks/ pandemic, terror-related, and other emergencies,

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor in any discipline with at least 4-8 years of relevant working experience,
