The Hwei-Ee Tan lab studies the fundamental biological basis of “gut-feelings”, how bacteria in the gut signals to the host to influence physiology and behaviour. • Perform physical and administrative tasks associated with general warehouse activities including receiving, labeling, weighing, put-away, retrieval, reconciliation, packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading of materials.
• Verify materials against documents and systems and escalate discrepancies to superiors.
• Ensure proper documentation of warehousing documents and ensure checklists and records are up to date.
• Perform periodic cycle counting and annual stock-take activities.
• Support production with ad hoc material requests.
• Segregate expired materials and coordinate scrap/waste disposal requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on operations-related matters.
• Practice good workplace safety and housekeeping, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements.
• Comply with company rules and regulations, and ISO requirements.
• To maintain pest-free warehouse and workplace cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum GCE"N" Level.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse experience.
• Relevant experience in SAP, ASRS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in operating reach truck or possess a forklift license.
• Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional teams.
