The Assistant Accountant will support the AP and AR functions of the agency, ensuring accurate reporting and payments. This role requires someone with an attention to detail and a commitment to social service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation (AP, AR and GL)

· Perform accounts reconciliation to resolve discrepancies

· Manage and monitor cash flows statements

· Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and assist in budgeting exercises

· Participate in financial audit

· Review and implement financial policies and procedures

· Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (e.g GST, Charity Accounting Standards, etc)

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to audit, grants and financial reporting

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Candidate Profile:

· Diploma / Degree in Accountancy

· 1 - 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

· Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment

· Experience in using an accounting system and MS Excel

· Attention to detail and able to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

You will be deployed to customer site and develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program to onboard new System(s) onto the Customer’s existing Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. Job Description

Driving and Transportation

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse facilities and construction sites.
• Loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while driving, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues or accidents promptly.

Warehouse Management

Reporting and Documentation

You will play a key role in preparing monthly management reports, analyzing audit schedules, assisting with budgeting, and consolidating accounts for both local and foreign subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a background in financial reporting who can work independently while contributing to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Prepare audit analysis schedules and other management reports as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Handle the consolidation of accounts for local and foreign subsidiaries.
• Undertake additional accounting tasks as assigned to support the finance team.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, with proven skills in consolidating group accounts.
