As a Senior Director, Account Development, you will sell into PitchBook’s largest customer accounts regionally alongside the dedicated Account Managers. Account Development Managers work to drive value that leads to upsells, expansion into other areas of an account and customer satisfaction. The Account Development Manager will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities regionally within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities

· Act as primary point of contact and business partner for a dedicated portfolio of PitchBook’s key regional clients via in-person meetings, phone and/or email.

· Identify growth opportunities regionally to expand existing user base within portfolio of accounts.

· Achieve sales and retention goals measured quarterly while providing excellent support to account managers and clients.

· Conduct client demonstration sessions designed to highlight how the PitchBook platform addresses the needs of the account and individual end users with a consultative approach.

· Work collaboratively with a designated Account Manager, Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Associates to strategize on regional account retention and growth opportunities.

· Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction with quarterly business reviews and continual product education.

· Efficiently and thoroughly manage your pipeline and oversee the end to end sales cycle.

· Effectively prospect new accounts as needed, creatively leveraging various channels including events, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator and others.

· Use Salesforce to effectively manage client relationship through client interactions, account mapping, pipeline and task management.

· Drive engagement with prospective clients through personally crafted sequences and/or marketing provided materials via Highspot.

· Use Gong regularly to review client calls, provide product feedback and self-evaluate.

· Participate in monthly global account manager meetings to share learnings, success stories and to improve processes.

· Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.

· Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 5-7 years of sales or account management experience with enterprise accounts.

· Proven ability to close complex deals with high level executives and oversee the end to end sales process.

· Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM to forecast sales and maintain updated records of client. Interactions.

Working Conditions

The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) is an inter-governmental organisation with the main objective of improving the transparency of the world rubber markets and strengthening international cooperation on rubber issues. The IRSG is the biggest worldwide community in the rubber economy. The IRSG is recognized as an International Body through the negotiation of a Headquarter Agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom in 1978. Subsequently, a new Headquarter Agreement with the Government of Singapore was signed in 2008. The IRSG Secretariat is based in Singapore.

The mission of the IRSG is to be the world’s authoritative source of statistical data and forecasts for all aspects of the world rubber industry, including production, consumption and trade in rubber and rubber products. The seminal purpose of the secretariat is to prepare current estimates and forecasts of future supply and demand trends while undertaking statistical and economic studies on specific aspects of the industry to continually improve its value-added service to stakeholders. (A) JOB DESCRIPTION

(1) PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

The incumbent will act in this capacity as Personal Assistant to the Secretary-General, acting as a sounding board for ideas and ensuring enhanced efficiency and structure across the organisation. S/he is also expected to provide strategic advice and guidance on key developments within the organisation and ensure the appropriate policy approaches are developed to meet IRSG’s mission and objectives. As a result of developing and maintaining research, s/he would be expected to develop initiatives that ensure that IRSG acts as a catalyst for the rubber sector and collaborates with stakeholders on developing evidence-based approaches and support. The incumbent will provide input on strategy and ensure organisational goals are achieved in a well-coordinated, team-oriented manner.

S/he should be able to accurately reflect the Secretary-General’s position in internal and external meetings to help drive understanding of her views. Moreover, s/he works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the Secretary-General. S/he equally ensures Secretary-General’s time is leveraged most effectively in a meeting context; ensuring meeting objectives are realistic and preparations are appropriate.

Work in close cooperation with the Secretary-General and contribute to initiatives for management improvement by capturing, institutionalizing, and sharing best practices and lessons learned. Implement and/or recommend management improvements to enhance productivity and performance including the implementation of cost-saving strategies.

(2) CONTRIBUTION TO RESOURCE MOBILIZATION EFFORTS OF THE IRSG SECRETARIAT

Work with the Secretary-General and the Secretariat in mobilizing resources and engage in building partnerships with donor and member countries, UN agencies, development financial institutions and global programme partnerships, at global, regional, and country levels.

Under the supervision of the Secretary-General, the incumbent supports overall effort to build partnerships, reporting functions, and mobilize an appropriate and sustainable funding base for IRSG from traditional and non-traditional sources. S/he will support the Secretary-General in developing partnerships building, donor mapping, and resource mobilization strategy, tools and procedures and coordinates their implementation including development of quality proposals, presentation and briefing papers to donors.

• Manage reception area

• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the speech-language therapist with screening or assessments for students with speech, language, communication and feeding needs, without clinical interpretation
• Collaborate with the parents, teachers and the other allied health professionals to provide multi-disciplinary support to the students
• Provide therapy following an intervention plan developed by the speech-language therapist
• Select and prepare functional activities and recommendations to match students’ skills and interests
• Assist with administrative duties
• Prepare therapy materials
• Maintain inventory of resources
• Maintain records and documentation of assessment and intervention

Job Holder Requirements & Attributes

• Possess a relevant skills certificate from a recognised institution (e.g. WSQ Healthcare (Therapy Support) or CAE Professional Certificate in Speech Therapy Assistance)
• Prior experience working with people with special needs will be an added advantage
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Able to relate well to people and work effectively and harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team setting
• Candidates with GCE ‘O’ level certificate (including a pass in English) and/or relevant experience can also be considered for this role.

Salary: $2,500 - $2,800/month

Duties:

• Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts.
• Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Liase with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on hold issues.
• Reconciliation and clearing of aged items in RNI.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Must have GST experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
