ClearSK Healthcare Group,an international aesthetics clinic chain is looking for driven executives to assist our panel of doctors in customer service, preparing and advising customers before and after doctor treatments. As the group has presence in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur, the candidate should possess good command of languages and be able to work comfortably across difference cultures with Singaporean and Chinese counterparts within the group.

Responsibilities:
· Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Prepare patient for doctor procedures including pre-treatment cleansing, photo-taking and numbing, etc.
· Provide post-treatment masking.
· Provide assistance to doctors during procedures.
· Prepare and upkeep the procedure rooms, including sterilizing the procedure equipment.
· Ensure proper filling and documentation.
· Explain all relevant procedure details including its downtime and post-treatment care.
· Follow-up on customers after first procedure and book next appointment for review after each procedure.
· Issuance and packing of stock for scheduled customers in the clinics.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a ‘O’ or ‘A’ level, Diploma/Degree in nutrition, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy or entry level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
· Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ will be an advantage.
· Good communication and listening skills
· Pleasant personality, positive and friendly in customers interactions.
· Proficient in English and other languages in order to serve PRC customer.
· At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industry.
· Organised and able to follow structured work procedures at work.
· Impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive and able to work under pressure.
· Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) – you will need to use them daily
