You don't need to have MICE experience to work with us. We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
- Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
- Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
- Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
- Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign
- Achieving show and sponsorship revenue targets as your core metric
- Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience media / event sales, or marketing partnerships. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
- Dynamic, self-driven and motivated individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
- Highly creative individual who isn't afraid to propose and try new ideas.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.
