Job Description

· Tracking FinTech investment numbers for multiple countries, and preparing detailed analyses on the underlying trends

· Producing detailed reports, as well as presentations on key research topics impacting FinTech and Financial Services (plus other topics as appropriate)

· Continually, stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities for research and collaboration

· Collaborate with external partners (consulting firms, think tanks and research organisations) and individual collaborators on producing high quality and relevant content for Elevandi’s investor platforms, and others as requested

· Prepare detailed briefing notes, as requested

· Source, creating and manage relationships with strategic partners who support the development of the thought leadership platform

Our Ideal Candidate:

● Minimum 3 years of experience

● A bachelor’s degree in Economics is required; Masters is strongly preferred

About the role

What you need to know:

• To generate purchase orders, update acknowledgement and Delivery Order, and monitor delivery of outstanding order
• Issue, print out and fax purchase orders form from purchase requisition
• Update and acknowledge: check quantity, rpice and update delivery date acknowledged
• Request and confirm from supplier the information of where and when the shipment will arrives
• Keep track or follow up on any sales froup urgent delivery needs
• Monitor month end Purchase Order and stock balance
• Conduct year0end stock take
• Source for new quotation if new project required
• Liaise and verify with Account department regarding invoices should problems occur

About The Role

• You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team.
• Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models
• Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle
• Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
• Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience preferred

• Experience in Public Housing projects preferred

• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

• Conversant with local codes & regulations

• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit

• Good communication skills and positive attitude
