Job Description

ㅤAs an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the directors to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the business.

ㅤThe role of an Executive Personal Assistant is wide ranging and leverages on her multi-tasking ability. From project management to scheduling appointments and travel itineraries, an Executive PA can expect to enjoy a busy but varied work schedule. You will liaise with staff, suppliers and clients; organise events; manage inventories and databases; conduct research for business-related procedures and preparing corresponding reports; collate company expenses; handle HR-related matters including annual/medical leave administration.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers regarding SS programmes, fees, replacement classes, etc.

• Prepare apparatus for experiments. This includes purchasing and maintaining inventory.

• Mark quizzes and monitor students’ progress to help them achieve better grades

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximise profits and minimize cost of the outlet
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent;
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem solving skill
• Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office applications for administrative work
