Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to cutting-edge research in small molecule electrocatalysis for electrolysis and fuel cells.
• Investigating the relationship between catalysts' solid-state properties and their performance, as well as developing new electrode materials for small molecule catalysis.
• Providing day-to-day support for the research team.
• May undertake open-ended research projects under team supervision.
• Mentoring and guiding graduate students.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Solid-state Physics, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team in R&D projects
• Track record of publishing papers in conferences and journals
• Willingness and ability to train and advise graduate students on relevant procedures
• Consistent reporting and meticulous documentation of work
• Excellent English language skills, both written and oral
• Extensive research background in electrocatalysis, catalyst development for fuel cells, and materials chemistry
• Ability to contribute effectively as a team member in experimental research
• Demonstrated capability for independent research
