Job Scope:

• Handle AP/AR issues
• Assist in the closing of monthly accounts, timely and in accordance to the guidelines of the HQ
• Produce and maintain the monthly reports for various heads of department
• Prepares ad-hoc analyze/reports and attends to queries as and when required
• Assist in the preparation of audit & tax schedules
• Other work as required by management from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
• Able to commit for 6 months or longer

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment.
• Proper records of maintenance works in the section under charge
• Investigation of damage/accident and preparation of necessary report
• Liaise with owners on matters relating to maintenance works
• Conduct patrol checks on maintenance works
• Co-ordinate with departments on matters relating to maintenance works.
• Prepare, control of works procedure & check-sheets for maintenance works
• Report to superior on matters relating to the section
• Keep proper records and filling of works carried out.
• Control and study for reduction of breakdown ratio
• Preparation of necessary reports on relating maintenance works
• Ensure that maintenance work is being carried out
• Preparation of quotations for parts/renovation works Issue

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient in MS office
• Independent and a good team player.
