• Conduct research to identify key climate risks in Singapore and other major cities in Southeast Asia;
• Examine instances of successful adaptation or maladaptation, and path dependencies in climate risk reduction approaches;
• Contribute to the development of a climate risk communication platform built around immersive virtual reality narratives;
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, policymakers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable policies and practices;
• Publish research findings in high-impact interdisciplinary journals and present at international conferences;

Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.

Seach Engine Optimisation (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

• Develop SEM always-on campaigns to drive more conversion to online sales.
• Tracking of ROI and lead generation to improve SEO traffic to MFLG website and online store.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
