Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and hands-on experience with ITSM administration.

The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall maintenance operations of entire Hotel facility, including guest rooms, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, fire protection system, kitchen equipments, emergency power system, sewage system and related equipment in accordance with guest service, preventive maintenance and energy conservation standards and programs. • Carries out inspection of guest rooms after Preventive Maintenance. Reviews any problems with the Preventive Maintenance team and recheck room/suite before releasing to Housekeeping/Front Office.
• Assists in developing, implement and manage emergency programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with corporate standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, guests and associates, to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department.
• Reports to Chief Engineer, on a regular basis, regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structures, guest areas, service areas, related systems and equipment offering prudent and cost effective proposals for maintaining the same. Reviews reports, and initiates appropriate actions to carry out maintenance work effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures maintenance of swimming pool, water features and spa are done according to manufacturer specifications; PPHG standards and local Health Department Regulations.

Requirements

• Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation.
• Handle general ledger entries and month-end closing procedures.
• Support the finance team in any ad hoc tasks or projects.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Key-in of all pre-alerts received. (Mawb, BL, Courier waybills and Care-off parties D.O) into Excel list and LMS Software.
• Print all shipment labels.
• Key-in of all received shipments (Update into Excel list and LMS Software).
• Filing all documents into vessel file accordingly.
• Checking / Planning / Prepare / Print of next-day deliveries to the vessel.
• Prepare packing lists for packing.
• Prepare landing permit for boarding officer use.
• Packing / Checking (with the assistance of warehouse staff)
• Ensure all packed shipments are labeled and take photos for proof.
• Updating location details into the Warehouse loading sheet.
• Ensure safe keeping/housekeeping after packing.
• Liaise with all Care-Off parties meeting at the barge terminal. (Loading Details) take out
• Handover next day deliveries files to operations by 1630hrs (daily)
• Assist Logistics Manager for all Outgoing shipments
• Prepare and dispatch courier services shipments.
• Updating Daily Portnet vessel schedule.
• Print GST Permits for submission to Accounts Dept.
• Shipping Advice for all export shipments
• D.O sorting / Handlin petty cash collection from C/O party
• Calling / Receiving Calls from Care-off parties (24hrs)

Requirements:

• Minimum N level / ITC cert
• Minimum 2 years of admin work experience in Logistics
• Certified Customs Declarant advantageous
• Good organization and communication skills
• Ability to write and converse well in English
• Good MS Excel skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• To assist with loading and unloading of goods at office and delivery sites
• Ensure all loading/unloading is done in a timely and orderly fashion with minimal errors
• Checking of delivery orders before deliveries.
• Ensure all documentation is signed and acknowledged by the relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Good memory recall
• Must be able to understand basic English for clearer understanding of product codes
• Be responsible, and possess a willingness to learn.
• Relevant experience is advantageous but not a must.
