2. Experience in making travel arrangements (business and personal) in terms of visa applications, airport transfers, flight and hotel reservations
3. Able to travel at short notice
4. Good knowledge in MS office tools
5. Independent, fast learner and adaptable in order to resolve issues/challenges that may arise
6. Able to travel extensively at short notice to accompany the Chairman on his business travels
7. Must be prepared to work during odd hours / weekends / public holiday when needed to assist / resolve issues, especially when the Chairman is out of town
8. Possess a Class 3 valid driving license (or equivalent)

Job Description & Requirements

Working with children 18 months to 6 years old

Support teachers in:

· providing various experience and activities for children including songs, games and storytelling

· classroom management and providing a safe and secure environment

· monitoring and assisting children in the classroom, playground

· assisting children requiring daily care, e.g. toileting and feeding

· building good relationship with parents, staff and students outings

· establishing routines, providing positive guidance and building children's esteem

· the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, decorations and learning environment of the classroom

To follow assigned work shift of the centre and perform other related duties as required
