• Managing the delivery of transfer pricing engagements and identifying opportunities for transfer pricing and other services
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to build up our transfer pricing capabilities.
• Working closely with Partners to identify business development opportunities

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Possess a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law; with at least 5 years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 audit firm, or a tax authority.
• Possessing an accreditation by SIATP will be an added advantage.
• Have a thorough understanding of the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international transfer pricing environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing guidelines will be an advantage.
• Have excellent research and report writing skills and analytical mindset.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in assessing, measuring, and managing the Group’s financial, market, and investment risks, directly supporting decision-making at the highest levels.

Your Role
In this strategic position, you will:

• Collaborate closely with teams across asset management, treasury, and finance to develop cutting-edge risk management frameworks.
• Lead projects, perform in-depth risk analysis, and support management decisions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of investment risks, using advanced models like VaR and stress-testing.
• Provide independent assessments for potential acquisitions and divestments, ensuring alignment with strategic benchmarks.
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly risk reports and deliver presentations to the Board and Risk Committees.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an analytical or investment-focused role, ideally within quantitative risk management (credit, market, or liquidity) in financial institutions. Experience in areas such as real estate research or investment, project financing credit evaluation, equity research, corporate finance, or property valuation are welcome to apply.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• Skills: Advanced Excel modeling; proficiency in VBA/Python a plus. Familiarity with statistical methods and financial models (e.g., CAPM, VaR) is highly desirable.
• Certifications: FRM, PRM, or CFA are advantageous.
• Mindset: Analytical thinker with a curiosity for market research, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assign shifts and duties to all other staff

• Oversee cashiers and monthly roster is updated

• Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handling various types of payment.

• To be accurate in all cash processing and bill transactions, and compliant to all storefront SOPs.

• Responsible for closing duties such as EOD settlements (e.g. cash float, credit card terminals)

• To provide prompt, helpful and courteous services to all customers, including managing any incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and greetings.

• To assist with retail operations such as stock transfers and receipts, and other back-end admin assistance required in the retail store.

• Oversee store maintainence including pest control and other rostered services

• Due to store demographics, we require the candidate to have fluent communication in Tamil or Hindi language. Other spoken languages that may be a plus can be shared during the hiring process.
