C. Software Programs management

• Set up a system to control / maintain, properly file, manage changes and distribute all Software programs for Production and Engineering department. (include PLC programs, Robotic programs, Micro processor programs, etc)
• Perform regular audits to ensure existing program revision in use is in compliance with documented revision in the system.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment effectively.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and kitchenware in their designated areas.
• Hand-wash items that cannot be machine-washed, following proper sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors and equipment.
• Assist with the disposal of waste and recycling materials according to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely service.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as food prep or stocking supplies.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in hotel, restaurant, cafe kitchen
• Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Depending on the candidate’s experience, duties will include the following:

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;

• Develop risk-based compliance programs to facilitate the execution of compliance reviews and monitoring;

• Advise the business units in meeting regulatory requirements through implementing appropriate compliance risk policies, assisting with the design and implementation of risk and compliance management initiatives, and enhancing and improving internal processes and procedures;

• Review the completed risk and compliance assessment returns from each area of the business, identifying trends and areas of concern and working with the business units to reduce any unacceptable exposures to regulatory risk;

• Provide compliance training and support through issuing of internal compliance updates, training modules and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, audit or risk management in the securities, financial advisory or fund management industry

• Should have knowledge of key applicable regulations in Singapore such as the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines, AML/CFT regulations

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Good interpersonal, influencing and networking skills

- Perform assistance to engineers and technicians in Aircraft Workshop (Indoors)

- Moving Of Aircraft Monuments/Items to and fro from Aircraft when required (Hangar)

- Physically fit

- Able to work in hot and humid environment ( Hangar )

- Able to understand simple instructions in English
