Primary Function:

The Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering (SCELSE) is a unique interdisciplinary Research Centre of Excellence (RCE), funded by National Research Foundation, Singapore Ministry of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS). The focus of this project is to develop scientific understanding and applications to secure the ecological resilience of coral reefs in the context of a tropical urban port environment. SCELSE is seeking a research fellow to identify bacteria and microbiomes that enhance coral health and resilience.
