Job Description:

• Engage relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to identify research and evaluation needs/questions.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Conceptualize and design the studies/projects including the methodology (sampling method, test materials/surveys to be used etc…) and the timeline (project milestones)
• Manage all aspects of the studies/projects from start to completion.
• Conduct fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather data.
• Conduct data preparation and cleaning on the gathered data.
• Conduct statistical analyses on the cleaned data.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations for conferences and manuscripts for journal publications.
• Support operations of the research unit

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and above in social work, psychology, or related fields
• At least two years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with research being a core component of their degree, are welcome to apply)
• Experience with at least one quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R and/or similar tools.
• Analytical, organized, and good interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in social service sector would be an added advantage.
