Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution phase of grant and industry projects, including monitoring project milestones, risks, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with various functions within the organization to resolve roadblocks and ensure the programme and projects deliver key outcomes within the allocated time and budget.
• Update and maintain the internal research project database, and external engagement tracking.
• Support the Quantum Programme Office (QPO) in managing and ensuring proper and updated records of project variations, grant proposals, publications, patents, and technology disclosures.
• Administer overseas travel arrangements, including checking travel plans, budgets, and ensuring proper documentation and approval in compliance with existing policies.
• Assist the team in organizing technology road-mapping and scientific workshops/symposiums.
• Assist the QPO team in day-to-day operations and administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerBI preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking abilities.
• Resourceful and independent.

Financial:
