Job Description:

Looking for Staff Nurse to join Day Ward team. You will provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing day procedures, offering pre- and post-operative care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide post-operative care.
• Pre-Operative Support: Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure comfort.
• Post-Operative Care: Monitor recovery, manage pain, and educate patients on discharge instructions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Nursing, SNB Registered.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform a variety of nursing, opthalmic procedures and safety compliances in accordance to established guidelines, policies and procedures
• Coordinate and prepare surgical equipment, instrument and consumables specific to the daily surgical list and preferences of surgeon
• Participate in assisting of safe anaesthatic care for general, regional and deep sedation of anaesthesia
• Perform scrubbing, curculation and recovery duties

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Proactive and supportive in carrying out new initiatives
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Able to be on-call duty on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work overtime during high patient volumes

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $4,400 with yearly increment based on performance.

Responsibilities also cover managing medications, maintaining inventory, handling medical records, and providing both clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Additionally, the job includes scheduling patient appointments, booking referrals, and managing patient inquiries. You'll also assist surgeons during procedures and carry out any other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Nitec or Diploma in Nursing and above
• At least 2 years of working experience in clinic setting
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferred Nurses have experience in assisting doctor with procedure

• Provide nursing care for eye clinic patients.

Requirements:

• Valid Enrolled Nurse license in Singapore.
