This project aims to investigate the performance of cementitious materials and 3D printed concrete against ballistic and blast loadings. The researcher will be required to cast and fabricate the various cementitious materials and 3D printed concrete, prepare the logistics and perform the relevant ballistic and blast tests. He/she will also be required to set up the numerical models in commercial FE software (e.g. LS Dyna), validated against experimental data, to understand the mechanisms in resisting the high impact loadings for the various cementitious materials.

The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Responsibilities include development, implementation and monitoring of meal plans, educating participants as needed, collecting dietary data, and performing administrative duties to ensure the studies’ success and compliance. The National University of Singapore invites applications for MRI trained Radiographers in the Centre for Translational MR Research, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Five days work week, non-shift.

Purpose of the post

The successful candidate will perform independent MRI examinations on a wide range of body parts and to be familiar with different MR imaging techniques for research - primarily neuro related but also some body, musculoskeletal, cardiac and MR spectroscopy.
