Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments for trade vendors.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents for trade facility applications.
• Monitor invoices lacking Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team for timely resolution.
• Track advance payments to vendors, ensuring invoices are matched to GRN and accurately posted in the ERP system.
• Manage all transactions related to trade accounts payable within the ERP system.
• Reconcile vendor statements of accounts to ERP records.
• Address year-end audit inquiries specifically related to accounts payable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.

• Act as a backup for the Head of Compliance during their absence, based on experience and capability.
• Serve as the Deputy Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Officer in the absence of the primary officer, depending on experience.
• Review and verify customer due diligence (CDD) processes performed by business units for onboarding and periodic reviews. This covers the Branch’s entire portfolio, focusing primarily on corporate banking and secondarily on deposit collection, global financial institutions, trade finance, and treasury investments, in compliance with AML and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements.
• Conduct training sessions on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).
• Oversee day-to-day compliance activities, providing guidance to colleagues as necessary to ensure adherence to regulations, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Act, Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, and Financial Advisers Act.
• Manage transaction escalations from Business Units, ensuring alerts are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Distribute regulatory guidelines and correspondence, such as surveys and questionnaires, ensuring actionable items are implemented in a timely manner.
• Review and provide compliance sign-offs for Branch policies, manuals, new products, change management requests, and operational procedures.
• Oversee the implementation of compliance and AML-related projects, systems, and software for the Singapore Branch.
• Support the Head of Compliance in handling offsite and onsite inspections by MAS and coordinate responses to queries and issues raised by the regulator.
• Monitor and track the resolution progress of management issues identified by statutory and internal auditors, as well as MAS inspectors.
• Conduct compliance testing to ensure adherence to regulations under the bank-wide compliance testing programme.
• Manage all outsourcing activities to ensure compliance with MAS notices and guidelines, including confidentiality requirements, ongoing monitoring, control, and on-site reviews.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To carry out your duties and responsibilities and implement saftey procedures in line with the requirements under the WSH Act and other subsidiary legislations.

2. To assist the Project Manager in managing and implement the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management systems of PIKASA BUILDERS PTE LTD on site.

3. Registration as a WSH Officer with MOM.

4. Familiar with LTA cycling path network projects will be an advantage.

5. To liaise with relevant authorities on all matters concerning safet and security.

6. To assist in accident and injury investigations and conduct independent investigations on all accidents and recommend improvements in safety.

7. To update and submit monthly reports to LTA.

8. Able to conduct meetings and presentations for lTA monthly safety meetings.

9. Familiar with ISO and ConSASS Audit.

10. Strong communication skills to ba alble to engage clients and staff on WSH matters and inspections.

11. Strong presentation skills to conduct meetings, trainings and engage clients and staff during meetings and audits.

12. Exercise own initiative and able to be independent pertaining to WSH matters at project site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Willing to travel to multiple sites

2. Possess own transport (bike) will be an advantage

3. Possess ECO license will be an advantage

4. At least 2 years of experience in the related field.

5. Must have WSHO license under MOM.

6. Strong presentation and report writing skills is a must.
