Requirements

· Handle difficult customers professionally, and complete necessary checklists before customer meets the manager

· Collect, certify, and manage documents received from customers. Ensure filing and administrative organization

· Respond to telephone and email inquiries

· Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, processing letters, and setting up videoconferencing equipment before appointments

· Assist customer in making payment online and also do simple account duties

· Perform general admin duties and oversee the office cleanliness and also office contracts

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of experiences in customer service or front desk roles

· Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in Mandarin second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of Chineses clients

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

· A friendly and patient demeanor with a proven ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions, including those involving sensitive or complex issues

Job Description & Requirements

Customer Services

· Acts as window and interface with customer on all issues, and provide top level of customer service to all customers

· Liaise with customers on quotation status, progression of projects, and delivery schedules

· Escalate issues impacting customers on time delivery performances

· Maintain communication record of interaction with the customers in an orderly manner

· Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters

Sales Admin

· Maintain customers and supplier relationship

· Fully assist Sales Manager for all oversea and local customers

· Follow up to PO documentation once quotation is issued.

· Provide strategic leadership and overall sales and service direction and consistency to enhance productivity, quality and customer service

· Identify, develop and implement progressive and standardized methods of continuous improvement

· Define and maintain standards of performance

· Develop, communicate and implement mid and long-term goals and production plans for areas of responsibilities to ensure continued excellence, including appropriate contingency and risk planning

· Monitor and control expenditures and external/internal labour costs to operate within approved budget guidelines. Identify variances and potential corrective actions.

· Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the company’s Code of Business Conduct

Requirement:

• Initial Contract Period: 1 March 2025 – 28 February 2027

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Maintenance:

• Operate and maintain school equipment, including air purifiers, standing fans, and fire extinguishers.

• Carry, move, and arrange furniture and equipment as needed.

• Perform simple administrative tasks, such as distributing items to classrooms and staff rooms.

1. Contractor Escorting:

• Escort external contractors performing maintenance tasks such as pest control, aircon servicing, building repairs, and electrical work.

1. Facilities Maintenance Assistance:

• Receive damage or fault reports from teachers.
• Coordinate with technical staff and monitor repair progress.
• Ensure safety measures are in place during maintenance work.

1. Operational Support:

• Assist in day-to-day school operations as directed by the School Operations Manager and school leadership team.
  

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

1. Educational Background:

• Primary school education or equivalent.

1. Relevant Experience:

• Experience in logistics, facilities maintenance, or a similar role is advantageous.

1. Personal Attributes:

• Reliable, dynamic, and motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

1. Physical Fitness & Background:

• Good level of fitness with no chronic medical conditions.
