We are looking for a Market Research Intern to support our team here in Singapore to conduct market research for our service CRM product launch in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia markets. To thrive in this role, you will need the technical expertise to navigate the complex and changing business landscape as well as the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with the Sales team and its various stakeholders.
Work closely with Path Servitium CRM team and be responsible for supporting the business development for the organization.
- Conduct market research for our upcoming product launch in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
- Develop an understanding of the current state of the market – competitive analysis, key issues in the business area, consumer sentiment, and market entry opportunities.
- Compile, synthesize and analyse market insights and data and create short/mid-term strategic plans to assist in growing the Servitium CRM business.
- Understand relevant business processes of the targeted customers
- Assist with report creation (both qualitative and quantitative research), including analysis, data entry, and chart/table creation in Excel/PPT Learning Outcomes
Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- We currently have three positions available for this role and candidates should be pursuing studies in a recognised Singapore University
- Bachelor’s Degree, Undergrad or pursuing master’s in business
administration (MBA) - REQUIRED.
- Work experience in Sales & Marketing and having worked in Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia is a plus
- Experience in business development and the ability to engage with executives
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills and knowledge of analytics tools a plus
- Adaptive learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Initiative-taker and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Fluency in native language is a plus
