High standards of quality control and hygiene will be maintained, and the manager will handle staff recruitment, training, and development. Managing and motivating staff, ensuring sufficient staffing, and overseeing event management are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves assisting in planning the beverage and wine menu, submitting monthly inventory, managing the POS system, generating reports, collecting customer feedback, ensuring stock availability, handling cash bank-ins, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
