Job Requirements

Job Description

2. Stove

This role requires expertise in high-heat wok cooking, timing, and skillful handling of ingredients to deliver consistent and excellent dishes in a kitchen environment.

• Handle a wide range of raw fish and other ingredient
• Bake, grill, steam, and deep-fried meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
• Prepare ingredients for menu items and ensure adequate quantity to avoid wastage
• Ensure food portions and food presentation meet company standards
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed
• Packing and labelling of sashimi
• Handle and store ingredients and food at the correct temperature to avoid spoilage
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as part of an open-concept restaurant environment
• Maintain quality, excellent service & cleanliness at all times
• Ad-hoc assigned by Chef

• To oversee operations, ensuring that guest satisfaction is monitored and where appropriate, rectified throughout their experience.
• Detailed knowledge of the full bar menu, and able to give comprehensive descriptions of all products.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policy
• Ensure proper scheduling of staff and administration of human resource records.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and constantly research on new suppliers to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Assist in the management and organization of inventories. Conduct of inventory spot checks where necessary.
• Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign and delegate duties among staffs.
• Manage customer complaints to build brand loyalty.
• Maintain a high customer profile, and handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and enquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow-through.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities :-

• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
• Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
• Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses

• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
• Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

Requirements :-

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years of F&B or Retail service industry experience required.
• Knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets.
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Salary will commensurate based on position. Junior applicants will be considered as Shift Supervisor.

• Responsible for monthly Inventory submission.

• Managing Epoint. Recording and placing new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc.

• Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)

• Collection of customer feedback.

• Ensuring sufficient stocks for daily operations.

• Responsible for cash bank-in.

• Ensuring parameters of restaurant is clean and proper at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager).

• Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Service and result oriented, good team player.

5 days work week 44 hours

• Salary UP$2500 + Incentive + OT
