• Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
• Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

He/She prepares and cooks a variety of foods and ensures that it is ready at the right time, in the right order. He/She ensures that utensils and work areas are clean and ready for the next shift. He/She manages the development and supervision of junior kitchen staff.

• Greet and serve customers, guide customers to their tables
• Present menus, efficiently take customer orders including any special requests
• Offer menu, wine recommendations upon request
• Provide information when asked (e.g. ingredients, portions or potential food allergies)
• Ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly
• Effectively communicate with Kitchen staff on order details
• Input order into POS system
• Check dishes and kitchen ware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a cleanliness and tidiness at the dining area
• Maintain the table setting by clearing courses as completed, replacing utensils and cutlery, refreshing water glasses
• Check and process cash and credit card payments
• Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Discuss with Kitchen staff and review daily specials, changes on the menu and requests made for reservations
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• To work independently and be a team player
• Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures
