• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is performed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Address and rectify any quality issues or non-compliance findings.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections to promote and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including updates on precast deliveries, RFIs, delays, and other project metrics.
• Document and report incidents, changes, and project developments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project.
• Review and enforce adherence to project contracts, permits, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must possess a proactive attitude, self-motivated, a team player and have strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant experience in RC structure works
