Responsibilities

• Sales of slimming, facial and beauty treatments
• Provide advices on customer's skin and weight management and answer customer enquiries
• Hands on facial, slimming and hair removal treatments when necessary
• Answer customer enquiries and book appointment for customers
• Handle front desk work and stock inventory

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in sales and hands-on of facial and slimming treatments
• Beauty certificate is an added advantage but training will be provided
• Willing to learn slimming, facial and other beauty skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily roll calls to promote operational efficiency, including cleanliness, accurate food order taking, customer service, and promotions.
• Set and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, service, and food quality to inspire teamwork and achieve collective goals.
• Manage restaurant operations efficiently across all shifts, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen on guest requirements.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage restaurant budgets, stock levels, and supplies of food, utensils, and cutlery.
• Address customer compliments and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on manpower and sales.
• Propose improvements to restaurant operations and strategies for increasing sales and reducing costs.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including guest reports, staff schedules, operations reports, and other paperwork.
• Maintain strong communication with other departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with recruitment and provide induction and on-the-job training for new and promoted staff.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals, ensuring fair rewards and corrective actions.
• Prioritize staff development through mandatory training, including Basic Food Hygiene and Safety.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
