We are seeking a talented and dynamic Floor Supervisor to join our team at The Dragon Chamber.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and assist them with their orders, making menu recommendations based on your extensive knowledge.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily service operations.
• Oversee the daily opening and closing of the outlet.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with guests.
• Assist in training new hires and ensure staff adheres to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
