• Experience in managing warehouse, supply chain and Distribution Centre is preferred.
• Possess Forklift Licences and VNA Certificate is a plus
• Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
• To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections.
• Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
• To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.
• Carry out In-process Quality Control inspection from time to time to ensure the quality is within acceptable range.
• Report any abnormality on site, such as WSHE, quality, misconduct, delay, etc.
• To do proper inventory check to ensure enough materials are available for works.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
• Ability to plan and coordinate inter disciplinary works and shop drawings.
• Receiving structural materials from suppliers.
• To keep site records.
• To carry out works as assigned and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers, identify operating problems and perform trouble shooting and emergency repairs
• Perform installation of TBM parts, routine maintenance work on TBM equipment including repair and replacement of damaged/worn out parts
• Testing of TBM equipment to ensure it is running smoothly
• Preparation and submission of site daily progress reports.
• To perform testing and commissioning at work site.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project site construction in M&E activities, tunnelling and supervision.
• TBM Assembly/Dismantle experience in the construction site.
• Work experience in the Slurry TBM as M&E SV.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work in team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to leverage on team.
• Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
