Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in recycling or metal processing are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.

Work Environment:
This role involves working in an industrial environment with exposure to outdoor elements, noise, and dusty environment. Proper safety gear will be provided and required.

To carry out routine daily / weekly / monthly inspections on building equipments and systems

To carry out front line troubleshooting / retification on equipment fault and electrical tripping

To attend to customers, tenants or occupiers feedback / complaints

To keep track of spares and stocks inventory

To check on term contractors' work

To prepare and submit M&E reports to building management

Responsibilities

• Attends and conducts daily tool box briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Class/Client regulations.
• Ensures sub-contractors carry out the work as planned.
• Evaluate project to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance
• Ensures good co-ordination and communication between stakeholders.
• Maintains System & Sub System Mark-up Drawings.
• Ensures to follow-up Overall Commissioning and Completion Documentation.
• Creates Punch List, Updating and closing in PIMS.
• Prepares & follow up for signing Mechanical Completion Dossier (MC),signing (By Client) System Completion Dossier (SCD).
• Coordinates and arranges Tri Party Walk down, Discipline Completion Walk down (DCC) & Mechanical Completion Walk down (MC Walk down).
• Follow ups of completion hand over certificates.

Requirements

• Knowledge in PIMS - Omega365 and ProCo System
• A pass in shipyard supervisor safety course.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in construction of offshore platform industry.
• Must be a team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors.
• Willing to work late hours and rotating day or night shift

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.

• Address technical issues related to electrical systems and equipment, providing on-site technical support.
• Identify root causes of failures, implement corrective actions, and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Ensure all electrical services and installations comply with approved specifications, standards, design drawings, and safety regulations.
• Enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other specialty contractors and construction teams to resolve site conflicts and issues.
• Participate in commissioning and testing of electrical systems to ensure equipment functions as intended.
