- To assist the team in carrying out administrative tasks such as prepare clearance, document scanning, filing, archiving and ad-hoc mailings of documents/ mails.
- Speak fluent Chinese and write fluent English.

- Able to speak dialect will be an advantage.

- To assist the team to perform driver's profile for new account opening.

- Handle daily administration tasks such as collection / dispatch of mails & documents.

- To assist with the uploading of documents to image depository system.- To assist with archiving and warehousing of documents.

- To assist with ad-hoc matters

- Meticulous and organised person who has a good eye for details.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good team player.

- Possess good PC skills ie. Word & Excel.

- 5 day work week

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Comms
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday
• Location: Jurong East MRT

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing key accounts to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and secure new customers to drive company growth.
• Negotiate business trading terms with key clients.
• Conduct market trend analysis using data insights.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with supply chain for order planning.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as required.
