Job Descrpition:

• Assist customers with inquiries about products, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and a smooth checkout process.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring that merchandise is neatly displayed, shelves are stocked, and the environment is clean and welcoming.
• Support the sales team by replenishing stock, organizing promotional materials, and assisting with sales events.
• Handle basic customer service tasks, such as returns or exchanges, in accordance with store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as inventory checks or restocking products.

Job Description

• Position: Sales Admin Assistant
• Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,200 + AWS + VB

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle sales orders processing and prepare quotation in a timely manner.
• Handle customers request, complaints and inquiries.
• Handle sales administrative works for customer application request, sample submission, conduct customer surveys and follow up with the recommended corrective action.
• Maintain database records accurately and timely update for the pricing, inventory list & PO in the system.
• Liaise with Legal department for Customer Contract & Agreement or Vendor NDA and follow up with the submission for approval.
• Work coordination with sales team for scheduling, document filling and customer request information.
• Support in audit and assist in training & briefing matters.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Pricing administration.
• Willing to learn attitude and able to do multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application.
