Jobs Responsibilities

1. Handling other document requirement for import and export documentation and co-ordinating closely with trading Dept.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity with a trading house, oil sector will be preferred

4. Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

The incumbent will be part of the communications and branding team, responsible for external and internal communications, media relations, social media engagement, and corporate publications. Responsibilities

• Support corporate communications for the company and some of its affiliates with timely, relevant, and engaging content and visuals.
• Support, draft and contribute to the Groups annual Sustainability Report.
• Support, draft and contribute to World Horizon, the Groups bi-annual publication.
• Assist with press releases and media inquiries.
• Assist in maritime crisis communications in conjunction with the Head of Communications and a third-party partner agency.
