Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing and cooking North Indian fusion dishes.
• Perform basic cooking tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and plating dishes.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene at all times.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the restaurant’s high standards in terms of quality and presentation.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management by keeping track of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
• Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or assistant cook is preferred, but fresh candidates with a passion for cooking are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
• Good knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Abilities to handle simple full set of accounts include reconciliation.
• Processing of vendor invoices in FMCG Retail sector.
• Processing of payment run for all modes of payments.
• Performing bank clearing, vendor reconciliations, etc.
• Responsible for journal entries for AP function.
• Assisting and attend in month end closing and liaising with other teams as required.
• Client billing reconciliations and validation, reviewing goods receipt reports, verifying petty cash claims, settle vendors’ issues on invoices including credit notes, stock take and asset reports, vendors’ invoice postings in ERP
• Perform internal audit of transactions and processes to ensure correct application of contractual requirements and compliance with key financial controls
• Ensure timely reporting of transactions for month-end closing by working closely with multiple departments in the account
• Work closely with the Head of Retail and Sales, Finance team to reconcile business transactions and resolve issues, if any
• Assist on projects within the account and vendor contract reviews
• Continuously seek process and policy improvements. Streamline as and when necessary
• Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Finance and GM

• Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis;
• Provide administrative support to the school such as covering reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g. answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and school stakeholders);

Qualification:

• Preferably a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 3 years experience working in similar capacity in a primary school environment.

The incumbent will support the VP / SVP of HMM South-East Asia and Oceania Headquarters (SHQ) so that THE ACC operational function as well as the projects given by Principals can be carried out efficiently and smoothly. He or she may be involved in the global trade network support and coordination, as directed by VP / SVP including participation in new or ongoing projects. At times, he or she may also be required to represent business leaders in mission critical discussions in a local or overseas setting where travelling is required.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Provide project initiatives and support to EXECOM overall coordination
• Provide support to THE ACC Business Operation matter/Legal/Trust Deed/PR Committee
• Provide coordination support on all trade’s 3rd party SOC arrangement issue
• Proactive participation in business planning, JWP/FM, regulatory issues overall
• Ensure timely update to HQ and to coordinate all necessary arrangement in terms of The Alliance vessel particulars, dry dock notice and phase-in & out notices of all partnered vessels

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with similar capacity for past 5 years

• Effective communication skills with proficiency in writing and presentations
• Proficient in English and Korean (both written and spoken) as reporting to Korea HQ is essential
