Our scope of work covers the gamut of beauty, lifestyle, and fashion launches, including those for makeup, skincare, fragrances, spas, body care, aesthetic clinics and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organising office supplies.
• Act as a point of contact for clients or vendors, answering inquiries, and directing communication to appropriate team members.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of client materials
• Manage calendars for agency executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
• Maintain and organise digital and physical files
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including logistics coordination, as required.
• Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
• Liaise with internal and external partners on invoices and payment related matters
• Upkeep and maintain the office

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working hours: 930am to 630am Mondays to Fridays. Availability to start immediately is a plus.
