• Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers, chats, and other sales channels.
• Recommend furniture tailored to customers’ requirements
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, and receiving / issuing stocks
• Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor

What you’ll need

• Working days: 6 days/week (Flexibility to work weekends and holidays)
• Base pay + Commission + Incentive
• All nationalities welcome (SPM Certification required for Malaysians)
• Bilingual language skills a plus - English and Malay
• Prior experience in retail/furniture sales not needed, but preferable (Training provided)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with customers.
• Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good work ethic and can present yourself well.

Director of Sales

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Director of Sales will lead a passionate sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all market segments. Your expertise will help position Four Seasons Hotel Singapore as a leader in luxury hospitality while fostering strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, this role demands strategic vision, innovative thinking, and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets for corporate, group, MICE, and other key segments.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to establish competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market positioning.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.

Driving Revenue Growth

• Oversee and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, with a focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by exploring emerging markets and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Champion innovative sales approaches to optimize revenue generation across all hotel revenue streams.

Team Development

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to drive professional growth and enhance team effectiveness.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, regional and global sales offices, and travel agents to drive repeat business and referrals.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure seamless coordination with all departments, including Rooms and Food & Beverage Divisions, to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

• Prepare and manage the sales budget, aligning with the hotel’s overall financial goals.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hotel sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, distribution channels, and revenue management principles.

Schedule & Hours:
This position requires one to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm with flexibility in scheduling (i.e. the ability to work on weekends and festive holidays subjecting to work exigencies).

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least a diploma in Business or Marketing

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

· Self motivated with the drive to meet new doctors to the centres

· Result-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
