We are looking for Sales Operations Management Assistant at a senior level to oversee daily business operations and provide overall strategic direction. The individual will be responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.
Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands.
Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Must have a flair for Indian food and do food testing every day and must have the ability to assess the taste of the food and able to give constant opinion about the food to the cook from the customers stand point.
Should be able to purposefully guide business operations and employees to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Ultimately, the person must possess a strong strategic mind and exceptional people skills. Should have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance.
As online Sales is one of the main source of revenue for the company, the job requires creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy. Overseeing customer service provided via social media GRAB FOODPANDA and other on line food delivery. Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Job Requirements:
Leading and managing restaurants
Restaurant marketing strategies
Overseeing food quality
Developing menus
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Bachelor’s degree in any field / Master's degree preferred.
Willing to give 100% dedication to the successful operation of the business.
Experience in bulk food production is a must – at least 2000 pax’s per meal.
Must have a relevant knowledge and experience in purchases of raw material from Indian and Sri Lanka.
Should possess knowledge and experience in inventory management and their by able to formulate and implement food costing

Maintaining inventory of ingredients and other supplies and ordering new stock as required. Must possess strong knowledge about EOQ, and other inventory / stock related techniques.

Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.

Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure that NEA regulations and other industry related regulations are followed in the preparation of food and the daily operation.
Direct and control the work and resources of the company
Fluent in English and able to speak Indian languages of Tamil & Malayalam
Willing to travel to India for procurement and business expansion related trips.
Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity. Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs in online platforms and other delivery partners portals on a regular basis.
