Responsibilities:

Manage all business development aspects of Huawei’s partnerships in Singapore, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation.

The role will balance distribution sales, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.

Partner Sales Manager in acting as the liaison between Huawei and its distribution partners will be responsible for:

· Managing the local distribution partners to meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to Huawei’s sales rules of engagement

· Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.

· Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.

· Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with Huawei’s partners; to include managing the RFP process.

· Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.

· Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

· Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.

· Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.

· Defining and executing partner sales plans

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field prefer candidate with ICT industry related experiences.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales experience with good network of Distributors and Channel Partners

· Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)

· Business administration competence.

Job Description

• AP functions - Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payment.
• Prepare expenses and staff claims.
• AR functions - Post receipts to system, send monthly SOA to customers and follow up with outstanding payment.
• Reconciliation of overseas PO, invoice and SOA.
• Maintain up to date records and well organize documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• O/A Levels/Diploma with basic accounting knowledge.
• Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
• Knowledge of NAVISION software will be an advantage.

• Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis.
• Establish budget and schedule for construction project.
• Monitor and control expenses within the established budget.
• Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and productivity.
• Oversee invoice and payment processing in a timely fashion
• Analyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Generate construction progress and expense reports for management.
• Attend educational workshops, trainings and conferences for professional growth.
• Identify slippages or delays in constructions and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Identify milestones and problem areas and accordingly recommend preventive actions.
• Work with Construction Manager to develop project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.

• Holds Bachelor/ Master Degree in Civil Engineering
• Have more than 8 years of site experiences
