• Set out marketing plans and implementation action plans on the company's range of products with primary objective of retaining existing clients and penetrating new corporate relationships.
• Increasing market share and maximising profitability within framework of the company's overall strategic plan.

• Coordinate properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
• Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be vetted by HOD before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.

• Handles clients complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate or individual clients, travel agencies, an other key stakeholders to secure business partneship.
• Monitor market trends, other competitor activities.
• Update and monitor social medial platform and OTA/booking platforms. Digital marketing.
• Monitor and manages from inventory and prices to optimize occupancy and revenue

A. iSmart Factor

• Identify and develop plans for iSMART Factory to achieve digitization of key processes in the manufacturing operations
• Co-ordinate all resources from various departments to effectively implement iSMART factory initiatives
• Provide training where necessary to ensure systems are implemented effectively and sustained
• Provide framework and guidance for mass data analytics to ensure maximum benefits are derived from digitization process

B. Technical Support

• Lead / participate in Engineering Projects as assigned and provide technical and documentation support to ensure new processes, equipment are tested, qualified and properly set up for mass production.

• Sales Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics that directly impact closing strategies, helping to refine approaches and drive successful outcomes.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure that all client interactions contribute to closing sales and achieving team goals.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings to address questions, overcome objections, and enhance the client experience.
• Sales Events and Campaigns: Assist in organizing and executing targeted sales events, campaigns, and webinars to generate interest and drive conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive mindset, with a strong desire to support and contribute to team success.

You assist our therapists in delivering quality care to our patients.

• Prepare, transfer and porter our patients for therapy sessions
• Assist the therapists in their daily patient treatment e.g. walk patients, provide basic care training
• Employ the use of electrophysical agents for pain relief under therapist's prescription
• Maintain patient treatment timetable and portering schedules
• Help with the billing of patients and maintain daily statistics of treatment attendance
• Maintain therapy equipment and supplies
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying when necessary
• Provide feedback on issues related to patient care
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of therapy department

Requirements:

• Minimum WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Support
• Those without WSQ certificates but possess relevant years of experience would also be considered
• A teamplayer with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a community hospital setting
