Location: South

Duration: 6-month contract (June 2024 - Jan 2025)

Salary: up to $5,000 per month

Your new role

To support the operations as an Executive Assistant.

• Effective in running events at least 130 pax and above (end-to-end)
• Managing of budgets
• Supporting Senior stakeholders
• Ad-Hoc executive assistant work: Daily scheduling using Google platforms, travel arrangements and expenses (EMEA + US)
• A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of executive assistant experience & event managment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple timezones
