• Clerical and administrative: Answering and directing phone calls, filing, typing letters, processing incoming mail, and data entry

RResponsibilities

· Responsible for Accounts Payable activities in Singapore and Japan.

· Processing of vendor invoices in high volume.

· Processing of payment run for all modes of payments.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
